    Q. Tell us a bit about yourself? – City, family, hobbies, job title
    A.    Tulsa, OK
    B.    Married to Stewart

    Q. Tell us something about yourself that not many people know about you?
    A.  Drama and Theater major

    Q. What does a typical workday look like for you?
    A. Meetings! lol but fortunately many of them are leading customers through how to use Orchestry to create actionable and automate governance. 

    B. Developing content to keep Orchestry content out to date with product updates.

    Q. 1st job out of college?
    A.  Banking! I was in finance until I was lured away by the glamour of IT

    Q. Your 1st version of SharePoint that you experienced and what year?
    A. 2007- in 2008. I helped copy edit the Microsoft press SharePoint 2007 pocket consultant. I was hooked.

    Q. Last challenging project and why? (this should relate to your demo)
    A.  Helping companies grasp the importance of AI Readiness (governance)

    Q. What is the biggest mistake that your feel holds back your clients from the results they want? (this should relate to your demo)
    A. They want to just turn on the tech and not do the groundwork. And/or underestimating the importance of training - human readiness.

    Q. Describe a SharePoint train wreck project, and what did you learn?
    A. More then 20 nested folders. Nothing worked. On prem. Oh, I learned SO much- esp about the importance of flat IA. Even back in 2009!

    Q. Your favorite M365 feature/tool and why?
    A.   Do I have to say Copilot? lol 
    B.   Loving Loop!
    C.   Search makes me happy 
    D. SharePoint is and always be my favorite. It's THE hub for document management, content collaboration, Intranets... so much!

    Q. Where do you think Microsoft is going with M365?.. Be totally honest
    A.  This is a big question! 
    The platform will continue to grow and stay relevant, even leading the way for enterprise technology. I'm excited to see what the future holds!

    Q. What are the 3 cool features of the demo?
    A.  Not a demo, a conversation about how to approach Copilot Readiness

    Q. What is the sizzle?
    A.  Copilot, Copilot, Copilot! Say it 3 times and it will appear! 😂
    The governance conversation is as, if not more relevant than ever before.

    Q. What’s the best and worst tech advice you’ve been given?
    A. Your paid to think. Don't feel bad when you need to take time to think and work out an answer. 
    B.  Never be afraid today "ai don't know"
    C.  If your goals don't scare you, they aren't big enough.

    Q. What are you working on to become a developer/consultant / CTO?
    A. I'm transitioning into a more people/community centric role. Principle Customer Enablement Specialist 
    B.  This will keep me where I want to be- solving tech problems with customers, active in the community, living me best life!

    Q. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
    A.  Professionally, I want to be staying directly at the intersection of people and technology. 
    Personally, I wouldn't mind being on a beach somewhere sipping an Aperol spritz.
